Healthy Recipes: Vegetable and Rice Pan

Time is running out again – it just has to be quick. Again, this is no reason to eat unhealthy food. Not only will you be done quickly with this simple recipe, it will fill you up for a long time and give your body everything it needs. Carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Ingredients:

  • Wholegrain rice (round rice)
  • Fresh or frozen soup vegetables
  • Kidney beans
  • Coconut milk
  • Coconut oil
  • sea-salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Tahini – soy sauce

Step 1
Cook the rice as described on the package.

Step 2
Take a large pan – preferably a wok – and add some coconut oil. Steam the soup vegetables. After a short time you add the kidney beans.

Step 3
When the rice has finished cooking, add it to the wave and mix everything well. Then add the coconut milk and season the food with salt, cayenne pepper and tahini.

 

  • Our tip: Prepare rice once a week so that you always have it available as a basis if you have to go quickly again.
