Do you love pizza and would like to prepare it freshly yourself? Then you will love our world’s best pizza dough. It is not only prepared in no time – no, it is also healthy and tasty. Depending on your mood, you can top it with anything your heart desires.
If you want to eat your healthy pizza in the evening, then you should prepare the pizza dough in the morning so that the yeast can still rise.
- 500g wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 sachet yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250ml water
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together.
If the dough is too moist, add some wholemeal spelled flour, or if it is too dry, add a little more water.
Let the dough stand covered (with a tea towel) in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged. Yeast dough must not be baked immediately after preparation, but must rise sufficiently beforehand. To do this, you should put the bowl with the dough in a warm place.
After the dough has risen, you can roll out the pizza by hand or with a baking roller on a large baking sheet. Our recipe is enough for 2 large baking trays if you like the base of your pizza to be thin.
Brush your pizza with tomato sauce without sugar – refined with salt, pepper and garlic and spices of your choice.
In our recipe we used the following ingredients for the topping:
Variation 1: corn, mushrooms, spring onions and rocket
Option 2: onions, garlic and mackerel decided.
There are no limits to your imagination when topping your pizza.
- Tip 1: do not put the rocket on the pizza until the very end, when you take it out of the oven.
- Tip 2: Preheat your oven properly – by heating it up to the highest temperature once. Before you put the pizza in the oven, turn the temperature back to 200 degrees circulating air.
Baking time: approx. 35 minutes
