Healthy Recipes: Sweet Potato Fries

The sweet potato belongs to the wind family and is only distantly related to the potato. It was recognized as the most nutritious vegetable and consists of a wealth of nutrients and vital substances. The sweet potato fries are quick to prepare and taste great.


  • Sweet potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Coconut oil

Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into french fries.

Step 2
Put the sweet potatoes in a large bowl and mix with coconut oil.

Step 3
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees convection oven for approx. 15-20 minutes. Always be careful not to burn them, as the sweet potatoes cooked faster than normal potatoes.

Step 4
After baking, sprinkle the sweet potato fries with sea salt.
