Healthy Recipes: Oatmeal Cookies

Not only are these oatmeal biscuits quick to prepare, they’re also delicious and healthy. Ideal for young and old – whether for at home, on the go, for a children’s birthday party, or as a small snack in between. You can also swap the walnuts and raisins for other nuts and dried fruits – there are no limits to your imagination when preparing them.


  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 100 g spelled flour
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50 g raisins
  • 3 tbsp rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 200 ml of water

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees – fan-assisted.

Combine the oatmeal, spelled flour, and sea salt in a bowl.

Chop the walnuts and add them along with the raisins.

Step 4
Now add rice syrup, sesame oil and water and mix everything together properly.

Step 5
Form biscuits out of the dough – choose the size of the biscuits as you wish – on your baking sheet, – which you put in the middle of your oven at 175 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
