Homemade gingerbread – completely without sugar – not only tastes good, but is also healthy. Baked with few ingredients and in a short time.


  • 4 eggs
  • 150g grated hazelnuts
  • 150g grated almonds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of gingerbread spice without sugar
  • 100g rice malt

Step 1
Beat the 4 eggs in a bowl until frothy and then add the rice malt.

Add the grated orange and lemon to the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to a homogeneous batter.

Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. Then put the dough in a round or square shape and bake at 175 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Since every oven is a little different, adjust the baking time if necessary until the desired browning is achieved.
