Healthy recipes: Delicious pancakes without sugar

For many, pancakes are simply a part of Sunday brunch. We say that you can enjoy this healthy variant not only for breakfast, but also as a snack in between.


  • 350 ml almond milk
  • 200 g original spelled flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • Coconut oil
  • Blueberries – or berries of your choice
  • Rice syrup

Step 1
In a large bowl you add the ingredients almond milk, spelled flour, eggs and salt and mix everything together well.

Heat a medium-sized pan, add some coconut oil, and a large ladle of the batter.

Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.

Step 4
There are several ways to serve the pancakes. There are no limits to your imagination. Almond butter, rice syrup, applesauce, blueberries, strawberries and many other delicious dressings are possible.
