Eat half versus Eat right

You eat what you are. That’s right. You are what you eat. That is also correct.

Both “sayings” are true – and do not contradict each other.
I want to translate these “sayings” for you.

The mind – your consciousness – directs your physical body. Only in sick people is the order reversed. Your consciousness chooses the nourishment for your physical body.

And your food determines the quality of your physical body by converting the food into your body cells. Your spirit – your consciousness – also chooses the spiritual and spiritual nourishment and determines the quality of your consciousness. Only a healthy mind – a healthy consciousness – chooses healthy food. So the order is also clear.

FdH = Eat half

Many people know the recommendation “FdH” = “Eat half” if they want to reduce their body weight. Even conventional doctors often make this recommendation to their patients. But this recommendation is also a matrix recommendation. Those who have previously generated their excess weight through an unhealthy diet will be able to reduce their weight with the “FdH” recommendation, but will still remain unhealthy if the remaining half is still unhealthy.

My recommendation is “ER”™ = “Eat right”.

And if you notice that you are eating too much of the healthy, then reduce the amount to 80% from full – but only continue with healthy.

In fact, Jesus clearly taught and emphasized the importance of healthy eating. There is no doubt about that. Never underestimate the power of food. Food is life!
