Healthy recipes: brownies without sugar and without flour

These healthy brownies with kidney beans are quick to make, very chocolaty and guaranteed to be a hit at every party! No one will guess it contains kidney beans.
Did you know that kidney beans are good nerves? The high magnesium content helps reduce stress and can alleviate lack of concentration. They also protect the body’s cells and can bind free radicals, which are responsible for premature aging.

Ingredients for brownies without sugar and without flour

  • 400 g kidney beans
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 80-100 g xylitol
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Preparation of the brownies without sugar and without flour

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
Grease the baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2
Wash the kidney beans and mix to a uniform mass.
Then add the ground almonds, cocoa, coconut oil, almond paste, eggs, xylitol and sea salt to the kidney bean mixture and mix with a food processor for a few minutes until smooth.

Step 3
Pour the dough into the baking tin and bake at 180 degrees convection oven for about 15-25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool down a little before cutting.

Tip: You can also freeze these brownies very well, so they will keep for 6 weeks or longer.
